RESERVATION FEE POLICY

Our goal is to be transparent about the fees associated with making a reservation for Tours with the RESERViT™ app. We believe that clarity in our fee structure helps build trust and ensures a smooth booking experience for all our users.

 

Reservation Fees:

When reserving a Tour using the RESERViT™ app, we charge a flat rate of $1 per guest, regardless of age. This straightforward pricing model ensures that groups can easily understand and anticipate the cost of their reservations.

 

Deposit Policy:

To secure a desired Date and Time Slot for a Tour with a partner Location, a minimum $5 Reservation Deposit Fee will be charged. This deposit ensures that your chosen time slot is held specifically for you, providing peace of mind that your plans are set. You can conveniently pay this deposit using a credit card at the time of booking, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

 

Rest assured, the $5 deposit amount will be deducted from the Total Reservation Fee when you confirm your Final Guest Count in the RESERViT™ app. This means that the initial $5 deposit is not an additional cost but an advance payment towards your Total Reservation Fee of $1 per guest.  

 

How do these Reservations Fees help Locations?

By using the RESERViT™ app, not only can you easily secure your spot, but you also enable the Location to offer a time slot to another customer in case you need to cancel. This flexibility is invaluable for our Partner locations as it helps them manage their capacity and mitigate the impact of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

 

Payment of Reservation Fees

When you make a reservation and confirm your final guest count using the RESERViT™ app, you will be automatically redirected to Square payment gateway to pay for the Reservation Fees using a credit card. If you do not complete the checkout process, you will receive a reminder email and have 1 hour to pay the Reservation Fee or your reservation will be canceled.

 

Canceling or Modifying a Reservation in RESERViT™

 

All Reservation Fees paid using the RESERViT™ app are non-refundable.

 

However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your reserved time slot, and it is within the RESERViT™ cut-off times specified below, you may receive some or all of the Reservations Fee’s paid as a credit posted to your RESERViT™ Account. This credit can be used toward future reservations.

 

RESERViT™ Cut-Off times:

 

  • You’ll receive an email 2 weeks before the tour with instructions to log in to the app and complete the confirmation form. If you don’t take action to confirm your reservation within 7 days of the tour, your reservation will be canceled and you’ll lose any deposit you’ve paid.
  • You’ll receive an email 24 hours before the tour start time with instructions to log in to the app and provide the Final Guest Count. If you don’t take action to provide the final count within 12 hours of the tour start time, your reservation will be canceled and you’ll lose any deposit you’ve paid. 

 

Exceptions and Special Cases:

In certain situations such as unavoidable Location closures or unforeseen circumstances, we understand the need for flexibility. Therefore, all or part of the Reservation fees paid may be credited to your Account at RESERViT™’s discretion. If you come across any exceptions or special cases, please reach out to our Customer Support, and we’ll handle them on a case-by-case basis.

 

Additional Guidelines:

We highly recommend reviewing all reservation details, including dates, times, and any specific terms and conditions provided by the participating Location.

 

Please pay attention to the email notifications sent to you by RESERViT™. These emails will contain important instructions on: (i) how to confirm your reservation, (ii) how to provide your final guest count in the RESERViT™ app, and (iii) the cut-off/deadline to avoid losing your reservation. It’s essential to act promptly and follow the instructions within the given time frame; otherwise, your reservation will be automatically canceled. 

 

Changes to Policies and Procedures

RESERViT™ reserves the right to modify policies. These policies were last updated in July 2024.

 

Reservation Fee Billing Information

Reservation transactions will appear on user’s credit card statements as “attractionreservations.com”
